Blue Competition Cycles Renews Partnership with USAT through 2012
New four-year agreement makes Blue the official bicycle through the 2012 Olympics
USA Triathlon (USAT) is pleased to announce a partnership renewal with Blue Competition Cycles that will continue through the 2012 Olympic Games in London. With the renewal, Blue is now a Gold Level Sponsor and the exclusive bicycle provider of the 2009 USAT Trade Team.
Blue Competition Cycles will also continue their tremendous support of the USAT amateur athletes by awarding their new Triad frame to the fastest male and female bike splits at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship and USAT Age Group National Championship.

USA Triathlon athletes riding Blue Competition Cycles' bikes have won numerous events at both the elite and amateur levels since the company became the Official Bicycle Sponsor of USAT in 2005. That tradition is expected to continue with the introduction of the Triad, an all-carbon-fiber multisport bike, featuring a unique aerodynamic design perfected in the wind tunnel. Athletes who purchase the new Triad will receive a free hour in the A2 Wind Tunnel in Charlotte, North Carolina to perfect their aerodynamic riding position.
