Join Justin Trolle, USAT's athlete development manager on Tuesday, March 3 at 4 p.m. Mountain time as he discusses the information any coach or athlete will need as they plan their perfect triathlon season.

Justin will address Planning and Periodization in a series of three webinars, so whether you're an athlete or coach, you won't want to miss out on the second webinar in the series, which will address short-term planning, understanding weekly plans and developing weekly session plans. 

The cost of the webinar is $24.99 and you must register and pay prior to join the webinar. USAT certified coaches earn 1 CEU.

About the Presenter

Justin Trolle is USA Triathlon's Athlete Development Manager and primarily focuses on developing a world class athlete structure that will take USA Triathlon to the number one rank in the world.

Justin works with the junior development athletes to develop and produce a smooth pipeline of athletes that have been identified through the Talent ID program, ensuring that USAT is on the medal stand at the London 2012 Olympic Games as well as the 2016 and 2020 Games.

Justin is the primary Elite Development Coach at the US Olympic Training Center, coaching one on one with USAT's current and future Olympians.
