Sarah Groff Featured on Universal Sports' Original Series Inside Endurance
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Inside Endurance, a new four-part, weekly series by Universal Sports — featuring U.S. Olympic Triathlon Team qualifier Sarah Groff — premieres Tuesday, June 26, at 8 p.m. ET only on Universal Sports Network. Inside Endurance, presented by Gatorade, takes a personal and inside look at what it takes to be an endurance athlete from training and nutrition to motivation and sacrifice.
In the first three episodes of Inside Endurance, endurance sport enthusiasts are sure to recognize marathoner Shalane Flanagan, long distance runner Dathan Ritzenhein and Groff as they prime their bodies and minds to perform under pressure, then recover and do it again for the next race. The fourth episode is a bonus 30-minute documentary on Britain’s Jonathan and Alistair Brownlee, known as the Brownlee Brothers, who rank side-by-side as two of the top male triathletes in the world.
Each episode of Inside Endurance will also be available online at UniversalSports.com/G following the television broadcast. The series will be complimented by seven exclusive webisodes featuring the athletes who offer their personal training tips on topics such as stretching and nutritious menus.
Inside Endurance (4x30 minutes) is a Universal Sports Original Series presented by Gatorade, and is produced in association with the Konwiser Brothers.
