gatoradeDr. Matt Pahnke, a scientist from the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI), will be presenting Sports Nutrition for the Endurance Athlete – Translating Science to Practice. In this webinar you will learn about current science-based sports nutrition recommendations. Dr. Pahnke will also discuss how to implement these recommendations into your training and racing.

The webinar will be available to view starting March 1, 2013. USA Triathlon members who join or renew in February will receive a reminder email that day with details to access and view the free webinar.

About Dr. Matt Pahnke

Dr. Matt Pahnke graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with master’s and doctoral degrees in kinesiology, while specializing in sports science and nutrition. He is a USA Triathlon Level III Certified Coach and an avid triathlete; he has competed in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships and was a member of Team USA (top age group athletes who qualify to compete in ITU World Championship races) in 2007.
