Mid-Atlantic Multisport Expo Update

On March 27, 2010, Sun Multisport Events in partnership with USAT Mid-Atlantic hosted a Multisport World Expo at Georgetown Prep in Bethesda, MD.
With almost a thousand triathletes and other attendees, the expo offered a variety of clinics, expert speakers, product demonstrations, coaching and retail booths, and competitive events.
The USAT Mid-Atlantic Council also held their annual membership meeting, addressing such topics as special programs in the region, Race Director committee activities for the upcoming year, the 2010 Triathlon and Duathlon Series, and this year’s Regional Championship.
Overall evaluations and feedback from the event showed a huge success. Plans are already being made for the 2011 expo, so if you were not able to make it this year, keep your eyes open for information about the next event! And as always, the Council welcomes suggestions for improvements in future years.
