How do I qualify for the World Championships?

What is the USAT age group rule that athletes must follow?
All age group athletes must participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31 of the year of the event.

What races in my area can be used as National Championship qualifiers?
Any USAT sanctioned event in your area that can be used as qualifiers can be found by visiting: http://www.usatmembership.com/EventCalendar/.
