Presidents' Day Weekend - February 12-14, 2010

USA Triathlon's Race Director Symposium brings together race directors from around the country. This event provides an opportunity to network with other race directors, USAT partner vendors, the USAT staff, and the risk management team from ESIX.
The Broadmoor will once again serve as the host hotel and meeting venue.
The event will be held in conjunction with our popular Art and Science International Coaching Symposium where coaches from all over the world come together for several days of presentations, meetings and clinics.
Certified Race Directors will earn 10 CEUs for attending the entire RD Symposium.

Fee Structure
- General Registration - through 12/31/2009: $395
- Late Registration - 1/1/2010 through 1/29/2010: $475

Refund Policy
- Through January 3, 2010: Full Refund minus $75 processing fee.
- January 4 through January 29, 2010: $100 refund
- No Refunds after January 29, 2010
Keynote Speakers
Disney Institute, one of the most successful and recognizable brands in the world presents "Disney's Approach" to building and maintaining brand loyalty as well as delivering an unmatched customer service experience. This half-day workshop will be on Sunday February 14 and you won't want to miss it.
Johan Bruyneel, 2009 Tour de France Astana Team Manager, will speak on Friday afternoon. Johan will also join us at the Friday Night Reception. Copies of his book will be available for purchase and Johan will be on hand to sign them.
Erik Weihenmayer, became the first blind climber to reach the summit of the world's highest mountain, Mt. Everest on May 25, 2001. In August 2008, when he stood atop of Carstenz Pyramid in Australasia, he completed his quest to climb all of the Seven Summits - the tallest peaks on each of the seven continents. He will speak Saturday morning.

- Sunday, February 14 - 1:00 p.m. (Race Director Symposium ends)
The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is located approximately 10 miles from The Broadmoor and
Denver International Airport (DIA) is located approximately 95 miles away.
The Broadmoor offers a $30 round trip shuttle service to and from the Colorado Springs airport to those attendees staying at The Broadmoor.

2nd Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet: Saturday February 13.
USA Triathlon is pleased to recognize Jim Curl, Carl Thomas, Valerie Silk, Barb Lindquist, and Paula Newby-Fraser as the second class in the USAT Hall of Fame.
The cost is $40 per person; no refunds will be given for purchased tickets.
