Topic: Metabolic Efficiency Training: Teaching the Body to Burn More Fat

This 3-hour workshop will provide the participant an in-depth understanding of what metabolic efficiency is and more importantly, how to implement it with proper nutrition and exercise training recommendations.  Topics that will be covered will include the physiological background of metabolic efficiency, why it is important to teach the body to burn fat and preserve internal carbohydrate stores, how to minimize and eliminate GI distress and how to lose body fat and weight using this method.  Bob will teach the steps to becoming more metabolically efficient in a simple and easy to understand way that can be implemented into your lifestyle to support good health and performance.

This concept is revolutionary.  Gone are the days of stuffing the body with too many calories during training.  Through becoming more metabolically efficient, you will learn how to use your somewhat unlimited fat stores to supply energy for training and competition while protecting your internal carbohydrate stores to use when they are really needed.  Turn yourself from "sugar burner" to "fat burner" in a very short amount of time!
