Register Your Club

Club Registration Fees

The 2010 Club Membership fee is a flat $50.  All clubs expire on December 31.  Only registered clubs with a complete application will appear on the club listing of our website.  

Registration Process:

To manage your club account, you must first activate your personal account.

  1.  Please visit http://usatriathlon.org/login.html to register your club for the 2010 season.
  2. Click on the "Sign up" button in order to activate your personal account
    • Note: all club representatives must create a personal account to manage their club
  3. Search your name, date of birth and gender in the system.
    • If you see your name with the proper information, please select this account. If you do not see your name, please create a new account.
  4. Check your email to activate your account
  5. Follow the eight steps to create your online profile.
    • Step 4 will ask you to affiliate a club to your profile. This does not indicate you're the club representative, it allows members to be associated with your club. As a club representative, you will be able to monitor each athlete affiliated with your club.
    • If you selected the free account, you will not need to pay for an annual membership to register your club.
  6. Click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.

Managing a Current Club - (12/31/2010-12/31/2015)

  1.  Click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.
  2. Select your Club's name under Renew/Manage your club membership
    • Please note: If you cannot find your club name in the drop down listing, this is because of one of the following two reasons:  Change in leadership (club rep) within the past year, the club representative is not an annual member of USAT or your email address  is not current in the system.
    • In any of these cases you will need to contact Wendy Peel  at 719.955.2824/ Wendy.peel@usatriathlon.org. Please do not create a new account.  Wendy will make you the club administrator so you are able to edit your club profile.
  3. Click edit club profile and make corrections, if needed.
  4. Download the blank roster form and upload the completed document to the site
    • If you have issues with this process, please email your roster's to wendy.peel@usatriathlon.org. She will be able to upload this document to your account.
  5. Click on "Print Club Certificate"
  6. The club registration process is complete!

Renewing Your Club Membership

  1. Click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.
  2.   Select your Club's name
    • Please note: If you cannot find your club name in the drop down listing, this is because of one of the following two reasons: Change in leadership (club rep) within the past year, the club representative is not an annual member of USAT OR you do not have a current email address listed.
    • In any of these casesyou will need to contact Wendy Peel at 719.955.2824/ wendy.peel@usatriathlon.org or Kacee Lawver at 719.955.2804/nationalevents@usatriathlon.org. Please do not create a new account. Wendy or Kacee will make you the club administrator so you are able to edit your club profile.
  3. Click edit club profile and make corrections, if needed.
  4. Download the blank roster form and upload the document to the site
  5. Select "Renew Club Membership" and follow the direction to renew your membership
    • If your members are non-usat members and you do not have their birthdates listed, please use the date 1/1/1901.  The document will not be uploaded unless birthdates are listed.
  6. Click on "Print Club Certificate"
  7. The club registration process is complete

Registering a New Club

  1. Click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the link to register your new club
  3. Follow the online steps to register your club
  4. Click the "Club" tab on the top of the screen
  5. Choose your club name to view your club profile
  6. Download the blank roster form and upload the document to the site
  7. Click on "Print Club Certificate"
  8.  The club registration process is complete

Verifying Official Club Status

Once you register your club online, please print your 2010 club membership certificate via your online club profile. Be sure to check for your club listing under Find a Club. Allow at least two weeks for your listing to appear. Thanks for your help to update and expand the triathlon club community!
