Champions Crowned at 2026 USA Triathlon Ultra Distance National Championships
by USA Triathlon
PENN YAN, N.Y. - Athletes from across the country raced at 2026 USA Triathlon Ultra Distance National Championships on Aug. 17 in Penn Yann, New York.
Races included the Ultra Distance Triathlon National Championships (2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run), Ultra Distance Duathlon National Championships (112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run), and the Ultra Distance Aquabike National Championships (2.4-mile, 112-mile bike).
The course was set in the Keuka Lake region. The 1.2-mile swim course consists of two laps in the lake, followed by a rolling bike course that runs along both arms of Keuka Lake and offers plenty of picturesque views and horse-drawn buggies along the way. The run course is a mostly flat, straightforward out-and-back that follows the lake’s shoreline. Together, the three legs showcase the best of the area’s scenic roads, rolling hills and waterfront views
