USA Triathlon is governed by a Board of Directors, which has general charge of the organization's business affairs, activities and policies. Four of the Board's members shall be Athlete Directors, four General Directors and four Independent Directors.
USA Triathlon will have a call for nominations for the following positions: Athlete Director on the USA Triathlon Board of Directors, Athlete Commission Representative to the USOPC’s Athlete Commission, and Athlete Representative to the USAT Athlete Advisory Council.
The nomination period will begin on June 1, 2024 and end on September 20, 2024.

The USA Triathlon financial statements have been posted to help our membership understand the financial activities of the organization. The financial statements posted are two-year comparison statements that include the Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities and Net Changes. Also included are the USA Triathlon Form 990 Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax. The returns are submitted to the Internal Revenue Service on an annual basis.
