COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Three U.S. Elite Triathletes and Paris 2024 Olympic silver medalists, Taylor Knibb, Morgan Pearson, and Taylor Spivey, will compete on U.S. home soil this weekend at the San Francisco T100 Triathlon, a marquee stop on the T100 Triathlon World Tour.

Set against the iconic backdrop of San Francisco Bay on Saturday, May 31, the San Francisco T100 welcomes the world’s best long-distance triathletes for a 100km showdown (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run). For U.S. fans, the event offers a rare opportunity to witness Olympic athletes race in the United States.

Fans can watch the race live on several streaming platforms, including the T100 Triathlon World Tour YouTube channel.

Taylor Knibb (Washington, D.C.) is one of the most dominant athletes in triathlon today. Ranked No. 1 in the PTO World Ranking Rankings, Knibb is the athlete to beat heading into San Francisco. Last year, she won the 2024 San Francisco T100, Ibiza T100, Lake Las Vegas T100 and the Dubai T100 en route to the World Title. A two-time Olympic medalist, helping the U.S. win the silver medal in the Mixed Relay at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Knibb also competed at the Paris 2024 Olympics in the cycling individual time trial as the only U.S. Olympian to compete in two different sports. In 2024, she also defended her IRONMAN 70.3 world title, winning her third consecutive title. Knibb started racing triathlon as a Junior, winning the 2016 and 2017 Junior World Championships and the 2018 Under-23 World Championships.

Morgan Pearson (Boulder, Colo.) is a two-time Olympic silver medalist in the Mixed Relay at the Paris 2024 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. One of triathlon’s fastest runners, Pearson is the first U.S. male triathlete to win multiple World Triathlon Championship Series medals, including gold at 2024 WTCS Yokohama. A seven-time All-American runner at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Pearson got his start in elite triathlon through the USA Triathlon Collegiate Recruitment Program. He makes his T100 debut in San Francisco.

Taylor Spivey (Redondo Beach, Calif.) is one of the most consistent performers on the World Triathlon Championship Series circuit over the last five years. She placed either third or fourth in the World Triathlon Championship Series every year from 2019 to 2023. Last year, she made her first Olympic Games and earned an Olympic silver medal as a member of the U.S. Mixed Relay team in Paris. Spivey grew up competing in open water swim competitions as an ocean lifeguard and was a member of the USA Lifesaving International team from 2009-2014. She swam at NCAA Division I California Polytechnic State University and joined the school's club triathlon team to begin her triathlon career. She made her T100 debut at the 2024 Ibiza T100 where she placed 11th. She had her best T100 finish this spring, at April's 2025 Singapore T100.
