USA Triathlon Development Team Fantasy Camp

Elevate your training this summer in the mountains of Utah.
Experience triathlon training like an elite athlete alongside USA Triathlon’s Project Podium. From July 3–7, participants can live and train at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City for five days of high-performance triathlon training.
Open to all triathletes ages 15-23 ready to work hard, learn, and have fun, this camp provides access to world-class coaching from Project Podium Head Coach, Parker Spencer.
Athletes will dive into focused swim, bike, and run sessions, strength training, technical skill development, and race simulations, all while celebrating the Fourth of July in one of the country’s premier endurance sport destinations.
Parker Spencer
Parker Spencer is the head coach of USA Triathlon’s Olympic and Paralympic development team, Project Podium. He is a USA Triathlon Level III Certified Coach, Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and 2022 USA Triathlon Olympic Coach of the Year. He has his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master's degree in Coaching & Exercise Science. He is also an Exercise Science PhD student at Concordia University St. Paul.
Over the years, his athletes have earned USA Triathlon Athlete of the Year awards eight times in the junior, U23, elite rookie, age group, master’s and military categories. Parker has become one of the premier development coaches in endurance sports.
In addition to triathlon he coaches athletes on USA Cycling’s Junior National Team. His athletes have earned over 50 international elite podiums over the course of his career.
This camp is for male and female triathletes of all abilities ages 15-23 years old.
The USA Triathlon Junior Training Camp in Park City, Utah, offers young triathletes a unique opportunity to train like a USAT Project Podium athlete for a week in the mountains at the Utah Olympic Park and surrounding area.
Held in the USA Triathlon Project Podium summer training environment, this camp features top-notch amenities designed to support athlete development, including specialized training equipment, chef prepared meals, and focused recovery areas.
Participants will also celebrate the Fourth of July as a team with the Park City community. All participants will also receive official USAT Development Team partner products.
