USA Triathlon is heartbroken by the tragic loss of two-time NCAA national champion Hannah Henry, who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while on a bike ride Sunday, Feb. 8.
A standout triathlete at Arizona State University, Hannah represented the very best of women's collegiate triathlon. Her talent, determination, and competitive spirit left a lasting impact on teammates, competitors, fans, and coaches across the country.
Her passing is a tremendous loss to the NCAA triathlon family and to our entire multisport community.
We extend our deepest condolences and send our love to Hannah’s family, friends, teammates, coaches, and all who knew and loved her.
