Splash and Dash Youth Series

Splash and Dash races are a fun, fast-growing variant of aquathlons for young athletes aged 7-15 that combine swimming and running. Returning for its 10th year, the Splash and Dash Youth Aquathlon Series has races in more than 50 events across the country. Timing is not required during Splash and Dash races, putting the focus on participation rather than competition.

With less equipment required and a great opportunity to meet friends and other young athletes, Splash and Dash races are the perfect introduction for youngsters to the world of multisport.
