COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Triathlon today unveiled its new Membership Hub, a completely refreshed online portal for USA Triathlon members and key constituents. The hub features increased reliability and ease of use, an all-new suite of tools and significantly enhanced search functionality — giving athletes, race directors, coaches, clubs, officials and other constituents a brand-new way to engage with the sport and with USA Triathlon.

“USA Triathlon members deserve a system that gives them seamless and customized access to events, coaches, clubs, partner discounts, training information and more, so they can fully maximize the value of their membership and engage with the many facets of our sport,” said Rocky Harris, USA Triathlon CEO. “The new USA Triathlon Membership Hub will allow us to better serve and connect the entire multisport community, while creating opportunities and realizing efficiencies for our race directors, clubs and coaches.”

The new Membership Hub is the latest in a comprehensive technology overhaul over the past four years to better support the multisport community. Other improvements include a revamped race sanctioning system, an online education platform and the world’s first all virtual swim, bike, run challenge. A redesigned race calendar and upgraded rankings system are part of the next phases of the Membership Hub.

USA Triathlon members will experience an enhanced member dashboard with custom notifications, as well as the latest USA Triathlon news and weekly training tips from USA Triathlon-certified coaches. An upgraded Find a Coach tool features improved search functionality by proximity/location, certification level, specialty and multisport discipline, and the refreshed Find a Club tool makes it even easier for members to connect with their local multisport communities. Additionally, within the hub, members can more easily engage with the USA Triathlon Foundation and find standing discounts and exclusive promotions from USA Triathlon’s corporate partners.

Members can also more easily access their USA Triathlon Digital Membership card and account information, and adult members now have the ability to manage multiple accounts within their family, including spouse and children.

For USA Triathlon-certified race directors, coaches and clubs, the hub offers new avenues for marketing and promotion, as well as enhanced reliability and ease of use. More specificity and new features mean athletes can more effectively search for and identify coaches and clubs that align with their interests and multisport goals.

Coming Soon: Revamped Race Calendar
USA Triathlon is finalizing its all-new Sanctioned Events Calendar, which gives athletes the ability to seamlessly search for, filter and choose from more than 4,000 USA Triathlon-sanctioned races nationwide for their next multisport challenge. The new calendar is cleaner and more user-friendly, with a more robust search functionality. Additional features and details will be added to each event so that athletes can search by race location, distance, terrain, type of swim (lake, river, ocean, pool, etc.) and other attributes. The calendar will go live later this summer, and USA Triathlon will communicate to all members and key constituents as part of the launch.

Coming Soon: New Membership Types
USA Triathlon is also preparing to offer a new set of membership types that will provide athletes, race directors, coaches and clubs with more flexibility in how they engage with the sport, while giving beginner multisport athletes more options as they begin their relationship with USA Triathlon. Additional details will be announced and communicated to members this summer.
