Club Registration Fees #

Certified Club: $50

Insurance: Insurance will be offered in a tiered structure based on the number of members in your club. When renewing your club, pick the insurance package that covers the total number of members currently part of your club. 

All club registrations are valid from January 1 to December 31 regardless of initial registration date. All clubs will be contacted in the beginning of December each year to remember to renew for the upcoming year.

How to Register a Club#

  • Step One: Log In

    Log into your personal membership account or create a new account if you don't already have one.

  • Step Two: Click

    Click the Start a Club button on your dashboard under the Club Manager menu.

  • Step Three: Fill In

    Fill in all club information including number of members and all board members.

  • Step Four: Choose

    Choose your club's membership type: Official Club with Insurance or USA Triathlon Official Club (without insurance).

  • Step Five: Sign

    Sign waivers and terms of conditions.

  • Step Six: Check Out

    Check out and complete your purchase.

Renewing Your Club? #

If you're looking to renew your club, the process is similar to the one listed above. Renewals are also done in USA Triathlon's membership dashboard.

The only two differences?

  • Step Two: click the red Renew Membership button instead of Start a Club.
  • Step Three: Update all club information. No changes from last year? No updates neccessary!

Activating Your Personal USA Triathlon Membership Account #

To manage your club account, you must have an active adult annual membership. If you already have an account, please move to the "Registering a New Club" section.

  1. Please visit the USA Triathlon webpage to become a USA Triathlon Annual Member.
  2. Select the red "Join" link to the right.
  3. Enter Last Name, Birth Date, and Gender and click "Submit".
  4. If you have a membership with USA Triathlon, a list of potential matching accounts will be displayed.  If you need to reset your password to be able to log into your account, select "Reset Password." You can then log into your USA Triathlon account to renew your membership by selecting "Renew" on your homepage. 
  5. Verify membership data is correct by reviewing data and clicking "Submit" on each screen.
  6. Once you have a current USA Triathlon Membership, follow the steps below to register your club.
