2023 USA Triathlon Preliminary Election Results

USA Triathlon today announces the preliminary results of its September 2023 election which officially closed on September 30, 2023, for the open positions on the USAT Board of Directors and USAT Athletes’ Advisory Council. The preliminary results of the election resulted in the following winners for the following positions:

General Director Positions for 4-year Term for the USAT Board of Directors 

• Gabriela Gallegos
• Leslie Knibb

General Director Position for 2-year Term for USAT Board of Directors 

• Keri Serota

Athlete Directors Positions for the USAT Board of Directors

• William Huffman
• Dylan Sorensen

Athlete Representative for the USAT Athletes’ Advisory Council 

• Kelly Elmlinger

Regarding the second open position for Athlete Representative for the USAT Athlete Advisory Council, there is a tie, and a special run-off election will take place for all eligible voting members for this position.
